    1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 NASB -- "Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God for you in Christ Jesus."

    "We have been called to be imitators of Christ. By being an example of Christ to others, how are you living out God’s calling?

    "3 good habits to focus on daily:
    1. Joy: If you cannot rejoice, then begin reading the Word of God and calling on God to put joy in your heart. He will do it.
    2. Prayer: Pray regularly and to be constantly in the attitude of prayer.
    3. Thankfulness- “Give thanks” in all circumstances, not just once a year, but all the time.
